Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and track applications using the ATS.
  • Schedule interviews, send invitations, and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Draft and issue employment-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, salary/experience certificates, confirmation letters, and warning notices.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, communications, organograms, and perform data analysis, metrics, and trend reporting.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases in both physical and digital formats, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and process PRO requests for onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including document collection, visa processing follow-up with PRO, and new hire arrangements with Admin/IT (desk setup, email access, etc.).
  • Support offboarding procedures by coordinating clearance forms, preparing final settlements, and assisting with exit formalities.
  • Monitor and update HR tracking sheets for recruitment status, onboarding progress, visa expiries, and contract renewals.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR letters, document requests, leave balances, and other HR matters.
  • Assist with internal HR communications, meeting scheduling, document control, and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field to demonstrate foundational knowledge.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, showcasing familiarity with HR processes and systems.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment, highlighting adaptability and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Fluency in English and an additional language preferred.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
