Roles & Responsibilities

The position (Full Time /HR Associate, Iraq / Baghdad) are based in Iraq / Baghdad and will report directly to the P&C BP and will be responsible to Support daily HR operations and ensure accurate execution of administrative processes that improve employee experience and maintain compliance with company policies.


Your Responsibilities will be:


  • Maintain and update employee personnel files records and HR databases
  • Assist in recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews, sending all required emails and proceed with all communication during hiring process
  • Prepare employment contracts and official HR documents and all required forms and documentation to align with the staff personnel files standard
  • Track attendance, leave requests, and employee data
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and offboarding process for leavers
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures and standard daily operations
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes
  • Assist in payroll management and processes for it
  • Prepare regular HR reports and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations
  • Provide awareness on Arcera behaviors, values, policies, and systems.
  • Follow up on all employees requests link to HR Departments
  • Follow-up with all staff on accomplish for all available required Training.
  • Maintain up to date information of employees on Arcera HR Database.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Respond to employees inquiries on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Participate in different HR development projects.br />



Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree, preferably in Business Administration

  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • High level of intellectual curiosity
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
