During your tenure as an HR Associate, you will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
- Maintain records of employee data and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Following up with all new joiners to collect all the necessary documentation allowing them to join
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and terminated employees by directing the creation of user accounts, access cards, and providing training on company policies and procedures
- Assisted with orientation and relevant benefits enrollment
- Responsible for maintaining all trackers and reports and ensuring start dates of new joiners are captured correctly
- Responsible for the immigration process of expats seeking employment in our Amman office
Qualifications:
- Bachelors/ Masters in relevant field
- 2-3 years of prior experience in HR
- Experience with Big 4 or consultancy firms is advantageous (at least 1 year)
- Very Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on team working
- Ability to handle multiple task and responsibilities in a deadline-oriented environment
