Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in facilitating the Total Employee Experience by providing guidance to managers and employees to drive performance and engagement.
  • Partners with HR Operations and Solutions teams to deliver HR programs that address business needs
  • Works with HRBPs and People Managers on all aspects on all HR aspects.
  • Helps the HRBP Manager in managing the function for an entity/unity.
  • Provides consultation to people on Talent, Performance and Competency Management topics.
  • Coordinate and guarantee that processes as well as HR programs are being correctly carried out.
  • Contribute to develop good HR postures for the Line Managers and make sure they become autonomous, by guiding them through the HR tools, systems, and processes.
  • Participate in employees' professional development and employee engagement initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in the field of HR , preferably with factories experience
  • Excellent command of MS Office & ERP System
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Achieve Sustainable Results
  • Focus on Internal Customer Mindset
