Roles & Responsibilities
A leading insurance company is seeking to hire an HR Business Partner to align HR strategies with business objectives, support organizational development, manage payroll processes, and drive employee engagement while ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
Requirements:
1- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2- (5 7) years of experience in HR, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
3- Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and payroll management.
4- Hands-on experience with HR systems, payroll processing, social security, and tax regulations.
5- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
