Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Within the Human Resources team, you will be the primary point of contact for operational staff, responsible for HR and employees within your area of ​​responsibility. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

  • Coordination of recruitment and management of the integration (administrative and operational) of new employees within its scope
  • Supporting managers in resolving their HR issues (recruitment, annual evaluation process, disciplinary matters, training initiatives, performance management, career management)
  • Management of the annual employee evaluation process and career monitoring
  • Supporting Talents by implementing the necessary actions for their loyalty and engagement: internal and international mobility, training, coaching, etc.;
  • Daily monitoring of employee well-being: being available to answer their questions, communicating about procedures and best practices
  • Managing employee interviews: end of probationary period, follow-up interviews, listening and advice interviews, etc.;
  • Ensure compliance of practices with applicable HR rules within the company
  • Advise and support operational management on HR matters, drawing on the HR department as needed, and ensuring that the request is analyzed and documented beforehand.
  • Organize social monitoring within your area of ​​responsibility (regular contact with employees individually and according to their needs or requests,
  • Identify team development needs
  • Design and participate in various HR projects

Desired Candidate Profile

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Humanities and Social Sciences

  • You have a proven track record of at least 2 years in HR or a similar role, or in supporting change management with an impact on human resources management.
  • You possess a good dose of emotional intelligence.
  • You are business-oriented and results-driven.
  • Proactive, you don't hesitate to make proposals and take initiatives
  • You are multitaskers and have good priority management skills.
  • My mastery of recruitment techniques
