Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The Coordinator – People Operations will support day-to-day HR operations by managing onboarding, employee coordination, and administrative HR services. The role ensures smooth execution of HR processes while maintaining accurate employee records and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Handle end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation collection, offer letter preparation, and employee induction.

  • Coordinate employee services such as family visa processing, issuance of employment letters, and HR confirmations.

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between employees, clients, PROs, and internal teams.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and physical files.

  • Support daily HR operational activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Assist in resolving employee queries related to HR operations in a timely and professional manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent with 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or people operations. Musta have good communication skill and knowledge in Arabic and English.
