Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations by managing onboarding, employee coordination, and administrative HR services, visa processing, recruitment. The role ensures smooth execution of HR processes while maintaining accurate employee records and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in Manpower/Recruitment companies. Experience in recruitment and onboarding.Handle end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation collection, offer letter preparation, and employee induction.
Coordinate employee services such as family visa processing, issuance of employment letters, and HR confirmations.
Act as the primary point of coordination between employees, clients, PROs, and internal teams.
