Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are a leading consultancy firm in Qatar seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator with prior experience in a consultancy environment in Qatar. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and contribute to a positive and efficient workplace.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with Qatar Labor Law.
Assist in processing employee visas, QID applications, renewals, and other government-related documentation.
Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Facilitate onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related concerns.
Assist in performance management processes and HR initiatives.
Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Minimum 3 5 years of HR experience in a consultancy firm in Qatar mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience in handling visa processing, QID, and government portals.
Proficiency in MS Office; HR systems experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar and available for local hiring.
