Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an efficient HR Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee records and supporting the recruitment process by overseeing the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical employee records.
- Recruitment Coordination.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate orientation for new hires and handle exit formalities for departing staff.
- Payroll Input: Prepare monthly reports on attendance, overtime, and deductions to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Employee Point of Contact: Respond to internal inquiries regarding benefits, HR policies, and employment verifications.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
Languages: Native-level fluency in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
Technical Skills: Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with HRIS softwares.
