Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking detail-oriented and organized candidates for the role of HR Data Entry Associate. This role is primarily suited for candidates with relevant experience; however, motivated freshers and interns with strong attention to detail are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee data in HR systems
- Handle employee records, documentation, and filing (physical and digital)
- Assist in onboarding documentation and HR administrative processes
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies
- Support HR team with reports, data validation, and audits
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0 2 years of experience in data entry or HR support (fresh graduates may apply)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently/Remotely
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HR systems or ERP tools is an advantage
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English
