Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Dissemination of internal memos and administrative decisions
- To act as a liaison between the HR department and other departments
- Participate in the development of HR initiatives (internal projects)
- Establish and manage the company's internal communication
- Contribute to internal cohesion and information flow
- Writing HR content (newsletters, intranet)
- Organization of internal events
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in HR, communication or equivalent
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Creativity and interpersonal skills
