Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participates in setting the company s general strategic objectives, prepares plans and objectives for the human resources sector in accordance with the company s strategic plans, and ensures that departments adhere to the established plans.
- Participates in setting standards and indicators for measuring the sector s performance, follows up on the performance of departments to ensure that set goals are achieved, and prepares statistical reports that reflect actual performance compared to the set standards.
- Reviews and approves human resources policies and procedures, ensuring their compliance with Labor Law 12/2003, and ensuring their permanent application.
- Ensures the preparation of estimated budgets for his departments, directs all sector activities within the framework of the approved budget and monitors any deviations.
- He supervises the preparation of the workforce plan according to the actual departments needs for human resources, and follows up all procedures related to recruitment processes to reach the optimal size and level of the workforce in all specializations.
- Ensures that the wage and salary structure is applied and updated in line with the salary level prevailing in the market, proposes appropriate adjustments, and ensures the provision of benefits and services to employees in order to attract workers and maintain competencies in the company.
- He supervises the preparation and implementation of an effective system for managing and developing institutional performance, and ensures the application of established standards in selecting cadres and evaluating the level of job performance of employees at all functional levels in the company, reviews the results of the performance evaluation, and provides his recommendations for taking the necessary measures to raise the level of performance.
- Ensures that the training plan is prepared in accordance with the results of employee performance evaluation and departmental career development requirements, monitors its implementation, and ensures the effectiveness of training activities and the fulfillment of their role in developing and improving the company s skills and competencies.
- He supervises the preparation of organizational studies requested by senior management and follows up on their results. He provides guidance on implementing the necessary organizational changes and ensures that these changes are conveyed and clarified in a correct and fair manner. He works to solve any problems that impede the workflow between the company s sectors and departments and communicate with employees.
- He monitors the application of systems, regulations and procedures for all activities related to employee affairs, follows up on the implementation of administrative decisions related to the company s employees, and ensures the provision of an appropriate level of medical and social services.
- He reviews the periodic reports submitted by his departments, which reflect the achievements against the established plan, and provides data and reports to support senior management in the planning and decision-making process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in any field, MBA is highly preferable.
At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position.
