Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Cover all the recruitment needs effectively and forecasting the upcoming business needs.

  • Organize and maintain employee files and ensure fully meet the requirements and up to date. (hard copies and on the system).
  • Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process.
  • Prepare and process accurate monthly payroll (basic salary, overtime, deductions, and social insurance).
  • Deliver salaries to employees in the branches and review them face-to-face.
  • Track employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage all the HR daily operation& employee life cycle.
  • Lead and support employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop strategies and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and enhance workplace culture.
  • Participate in HR activities such as job fairs, training sessions, and networking.
  • Follow up on project personnel and satisfy any hiring needs (open positions).
  • Maintain employee personnel files.
  • Maintain separation filling (resignation, termination, and contract end).

Desired Candidate Profile

2 - 4 years of experience in HR practical experience.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and optimize for better results.
  • Very Good command of the English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
  • knowledge of all the main & supporting HR functions, most updated AI tools and labor law.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office use.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Practicing skills in interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, HRCI) preferred.
