Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company s overall business objectives.
  • Advise senior management on organizational structure, manpower planning, and succession management.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies, performance management systems, and employee development programs.
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure efficient, transparent, and timely hiring processes.
  • Supervise workforce deployment, rotations, and manpower allocation, especially for camp-based employees.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Iraqi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments as needed.
  • Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Oversee administrative operations, including office facilities, transportation, and logistics support.
  • Supervise document control, travel arrangements, and company correspondence.
  • Maintain and improve HR and administrative reporting systems.
  • Generate analytical HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave trends, camp occupancy).
  • Use HR data and metrics to support management decision-making and strategic workforce planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing multi-site or camp-based operations preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and reporting systems.
