Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company s overall business objectives.
- Advise senior management on organizational structure, manpower planning, and succession management.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies, performance management systems, and employee development programs.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding activities to ensure efficient, transparent, and timely hiring processes.
- Supervise workforce deployment, rotations, and manpower allocation, especially for camp-based employees.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with Iraqi Labor Law and company policies.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
- Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and recommend compensation adjustments as needed.
- Oversee benefits administration and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Oversee administrative operations, including office facilities, transportation, and logistics support.
- Supervise document control, travel arrangements, and company correspondence.
- Maintain and improve HR and administrative reporting systems.
- Generate analytical HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave trends, camp occupancy).
- Use HR data and metrics to support management decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of Iraqi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience managing multi-site or camp-based operations preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and reporting systems.
