Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of Learning & Development foundation/initiatives/programs and related tasks for Building and maintain OFM s Talent Management framework, Implement Succession Planning, Competency, performance management development framework, training cycle, apprenticeship programs, and Talent Mobility.
- Lead the development and execution of Talent Acquisition related tasks, foundation/initiatives, Organizational Design and Workforce Planning initiatives, talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, metrics reports, career fairs initiatives, assessment centres, sourcing Internship/apprenticeship programs intake to ensure the continuity and efficiency of the business.
- Lead the development and execution of Rewards & recognition Policies, related tasks, and foundation/initiatives for the Design, implementation and management of all OFM Compensation and Benefits framework considering business complexities, cost effectiveness, Policies and Procedures, Industrial Relations strategy, Trade Unions, and other related processes.
- Lead the HR Partnering with OFM functions and ensure the solution of diverse issues related to Human Resources matters, while ensuring OFM human Capital partnering team answers OFM s Business leader's queries, and day-to-day issues, by executing HR s strategies and priorities aligned with business unit strategies and goals, and Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, intervention, to contribute Human Resources point of view to business issues/change management process.
- Develop and execute Human Resources initiatives and projects to maximize Human Capital Capability, sustainable performance and supervisory competencies to promote the continued improvement of corporate governability.
- Lead the alignment of all functions with the HR strategic plan, promoting initiatives to consolidate the undemanding people management principles across the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
Lead and oversees the development and execution of Human Resources (People) policies, strategies foundation/initiatives under VP corporate affairs scope, acting as a single point of accountability for all Human Resources matters at OFM through (1) Lead Learning & Development initiatives and projects, Talent Acquisition programs, Compensation & Benefits (Rewards & Policies), industrial relations issues, Implementation of all People Solutions (HR Administration practices globally), application and HR Business strategic partner actions across all OFM functions (CEO office, Operations, Commercial, Finance and Corporate Affairs), supporting OFM people strategy to ensuring the fluency continuity, productivity, and efficiency of the business./p>
