Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Lead the HR agenda for the Saudi business, aligned to company goals
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organisational structure, and succession
  • Drive culture, engagement, and change initiatives as the business scales

Talent, Capability & Leadership Development

  • Strengthen leadership and manager capability across functions
  • Build succession plans and develop high-potential talent
  • Drive practical learning and development programs linked to business needs
  • Support Saudization/Nitaqat goals and local talent development

HR Operations & Governance

  • Ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exits)
  • Oversee performance management and reward practices (comp & benefits)
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, GOSI, and related requirements
  • Maintain strong employee relations and handle sensitive matters fairly and professionally

Desired Candidate Profile

10 15+ years of HR experience, including a senior leadership role

  • FMCG background strongly preferred (or similarly fast-paced, high-volume environment)
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization/Nitaqat, and HR compliance
  • Proven track record across talent, performance, and HR operations
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders; hands-on leadership style
  • Bachelor s degree required; CIPD/SHRM is a plus
  • English required; Arabic is an advantage
