Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the HR system, including leaves, employer requirements, employee forms, and employee files.
- Supervise staff, including approving leave requests, and training.
- Handle onboarding documents, offboarding arrangements, and visa communication with PRO.
- Accommodate employee requests related to benefits.
- Coordinate with the travel department for employees going on business trips for hotel flights, travel allowance, and expense claims.
- Attend bank employee verification.
- Coordinate with Line Managers with regards to employee's performance evaluation.
- Responsible of all HR related activities at the FBO such as grooming, attendance, behavior.
- Initiate the payroll spreadsheet process and ensure that all data is provided correctly before submitting it to the Finance for consolidation.
- Communicate with the finance department for leaving employees and manage exiting formalities.
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Receive and process requests for job candidates from internal teams.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial rounds of interviews.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and coordinate assessments for vacant positions.
- Conduct reference checks for potential hires.
- Prepare and extend offer letters to successful candidates.
- Support the on-boarding process and conduct inductions for new employees.
- Collect necessary documents and coordinate visa-related activities.
- Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
- The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably, in the aviation industry)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Knowledge of payroll processes system
- Knowledge on UAE laws and regulations
