Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 4,500
Nationality Preference: Indian
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year UAE HR experience


Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding)

  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements

  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews

  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, contracts, and documentation

  • Ensure all employee records are updated and maintained properly

  • Coordinate visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and medicals

3. HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee files and HR database

  • Track attendance, leaves, and employee records

  • Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts team

  • Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, etc.)

4. Employee Relations

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

  • Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes

  • Ensure a positive and professional work environment

5. Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law

  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures

  • Maintain confidentiality of HR information

6. Performance & Reporting

  • Support performance appraisal processes

  • Prepare HR reports (attendance, recruitment status, employee data)

  • Assist in HR audits and internal reviews

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ year HR experience in UAE (mandatory)

  • Indian nationality preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in recruitment and onboarding

  • Basic knowledge of payroll coordination

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
