Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 4,500
Nationality Preference: Indian
Experience Required: Minimum 1+ year UAE HR experience
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding)
Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
Schedule and conduct initial interviews
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
Handle onboarding formalities including offer letters, contracts, and documentation
Ensure all employee records are updated and maintained properly
Coordinate visa processing, labor cards, Emirates ID, and medicals
3. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee files and HR database
Track attendance, leaves, and employee records
Support payroll inputs and coordination with accounts team
Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOCs, warning letters, etc.)
4. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes
Ensure a positive and professional work environment
5. Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law
Assist in implementing company policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of HR information
6. Performance & Reporting
Support performance appraisal processes
Prepare HR reports (attendance, recruitment status, employee data)
Assist in HR audits and internal reviews
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Minimum 1+ year HR experience in UAE (mandatory)
Indian nationality preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in recruitment and onboarding
Basic knowledge of payroll coordination
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
