Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive with a strong background in the marine industry. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and workforce management within a technical or marine work environment. Familiarity with roles related to engineers, fitters, technicians, and other marine personnel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and coordination for technical marine roles (e.g., engine, shaft, propeller, generator, valve, pump, and hydraulic technicians).
  • Maintain employee records, process documentation, and prepare HR reports.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Assist in performance reviews, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
  • Coordinate with departments to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
  • Support payroll processing and leave/attendance management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the marine industry.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and UAE labor laws.
  • Experience managing marine or technical manpower.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software tools.
  • Able to handle field coordination and shipyard workforce matters when needed.
