Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare new hire paperwork and collect required documents.
- Organize induction/orientation sessions for new employees.
- Set up new employee profiles in HR systems
- Update HR databases with personnel information.
- Track probation periods and contract renewals
- Support benefits administration (medical insurance)
- Assist in preparing payroll inputs (attendance, leave)
- Maintain accurate and updated employee files (hard copy and digital)
- Collect and submit required documents for medical claims and reimbursements
- Manage HR filing systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in business administration or related field
Years of Experience: 1 3 years
Experience Level: Entry-level / Junior
Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of HR functions (onboarding, payroll, employee relations)
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
