Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns proactively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or construction sectors.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in project management practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, showcasing leadership and strategic thinking skills.
