HR Generalist

Client of NOK for Human Capital

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Support onboarding for new hires
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to fulfill hiring needs
• Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 6 month to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh grads are welcome)
• Good command of English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Conditions

• Location: On-site (El Mokattam)
• Working Hours: 8 hours/day
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
