Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for outsourced roles
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client-specific requirements
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to outsourcing operations
  • Coordinate training and development programs for employees
  • Handle performance management processes, including appraisals and disciplinary actions
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review
  • Assist in client communication regarding staffing and HR-related matters

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2 5 years of HR experience, preferably in outsourcing, staffing, or service-based industries

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple clients/accounts and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
