Roles & Responsibilities

-Managing Full recruitment processes
-Handling employee relations
-Assisting with OD initiatives
-Coordinating employee development & performance cycles
-Conducting new hire orientations
-Maintaining HR records & generating HR reports
-Handle personnel operations and employee records
-Support payroll preparation and coordination

2 3 years of experience in HR
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong knowledge of HR practices and Egyptian labor law
Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
