Roles & Responsibilities


Job Purpose
The HR Intern will support the HR team by handling administrative tasks, organizing data, and assisting with HR documentation. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and written communication skills who is looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations.

Responsibilities
• Assist in organizing and maintaining HR records and employee files.
• Support data entry, tracking, and document management to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review employment-related documents, such as contracts and support letters.
• Follow up on missing information and ensure timely collection of required data.
• Assist in drafting and updating job descriptions in collaboration with department managers.
• Support HR initiatives related to compliance, onboarding, and employee records.
• Conduct basic research and assist in preparing reports or HR-related documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree (any degree)
