- By streamlining core operational touchpoints from seamless onboarding to structured offboarding the initiative aims to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance service delivery through digitization and workflow automation.
- Interns will engage in mapping the employee journey, ensuring data integrity, and implementing process improvements that bridge the gap between high-volume operations and a frictionless employee experience.
