Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. More than 3 years of HR work experience in the Middle East region, familiar with UAE labor laws and regulatory differences in free zones such as DIFC and DMCC.
3. Experience in managing large-scale foreign employees, especially blue collar workers, is preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
- Experience in a fast-paced industry such as technology or healthcare is preferred, showcasing adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged, with proficiency in English and an additional language being a significant advantage.
