Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the aviation company.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top aviation industry talent.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, aviation regulations, and industry standards.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and coordinate training and development programs.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives that improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration tailored to the aviation sector.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in HR management, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, aviation regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership skills with experience managing HR teams.
- Proficient with HR information systems and recruitment tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
