Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a country HR Head will responsible for managing corporate and plant employees.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and exit interviews, ensuring legal compliance within Congolese labor laws.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the Pointe Noire operational context, reflecting best practices and local regulations.
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, guaranteeing accuracy and timely payments to all employees.
Lead employee relations efforts, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Handling HR audits, compliances and ensuring the employee data is fully secured in HRMS platform
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on a similar operational context in Africa.
Proven experience in managing the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
French speaking along with good english communication. Hindi/Arabic will be an advantage.
