Roles & Responsibilities


Your main responsibilities:

  • To support and advise managers and employees on all day-to-day HR matters and to provide close operational support.

  • Managing social relations: facilitating works council meetings, supporting managers on labor law, managing disciplinary procedures and sensitive individual situations.

  • Monitor and analyze HR indicators to support decision-making (staffing levels, HR costs, absenteeism, turnover).

  • To manage, ensure the reliability and optimization of HR processes, and to ensure the proper application of HR tools, procedures and policies internally and with subsidiaries.

  • Contribute to annual and professional review campaigns and actively participate in HR development activities (skills management, performance, career paths).

  • Supervise recruitment activities, in conjunction with the Recruitment & Training Manager, and ensure the deployment and promotion of the employer brand, in line with the Group's strategy.

  • Deploy and lead actions in support of internal communication, quality of life and working conditions (QVCT), employee engagement and social climate.

  • Participate in cross-functional and structuring HR projects: HRIS, harmonization of practices, continuous improvement of HR processes, Group projects.

  • Manage the HR team in France and supervise payroll and personnel administration activities, ensuring regulatory and social compliance of HR practices: employment contracts, payroll, collective agreements, legal and social obligations.

  • Ensure the deployment and consistency of compensation and benefits schemes, in order to guarantee attractive, fair and compliant practices, contributing to employee retention.

Working conditions

Status: Manager, fixed 218 days/year

Compensation: Based on experience + meal vouchers (60% covered by Jifmar) + health insurance 100% covered by Jifmar

Start date: As soon as possible.
Location: Head office: Aix-en-Provence

Occasional mobility to subsidiaries and ships in France and internationally.

Position open to RQTH status.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key skills:

  • Proven experience in generalist HR (minimum 7 to 10 years) in a dynamic, growing environment with high operational stakes.

  • Proficiency in HR fundamentals: personnel administration, employee relations, labor law, recruitment and training. A good understanding of payroll and HR administration is a plus for supervising the activity.

  • Proven experience in social relations, including facilitating works council meetings and supporting managers on disciplinary issues and labor law.

  • Ability to thrive in a demanding environment, manage pressure, emergencies and multiple priorities, with a sense of organization and pragmatism.

  • Professional English preferred (minimum level B1) for communication in a Group and international environment.

  • Excellent command of IT tools and HRIS, with the ability to streamline and improve HR processes. Knowledge of Lucca software would be an asset.

  • Autonomy, proactivity and a proactive approach, with a solutions-oriented and continuous improvement approach.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of a lasting climate of trust with managers, teams and social partners.
