HR Manager – Hospital Catering || Bahraini Nationals Only !! Reliant HR Consultancy

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a proven track record in hospital catering operations in Bahrain. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and training & development, ensuring alignment with hospital catering industry standards and Bahraini labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures specific to hospital catering operations.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for catering staff (dieticians, kitchen staff, catering supervisors, service teams, etc.) in line with hospital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Bahraini labor law, health & safety regulations, and hospital catering accreditation standards.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management within a fast-paced hospital catering environment.
• Lead onboarding, induction, and training programs tailored for hospital catering staff.
• Monitor manpower planning, staff rotations, duty schedules, and absenteeism in coordination with operations.
• Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and HRMS systems.
• Partner with hospital administration and catering operations to ensure seamless staffing support.
• Maintain employee files, contracts, visas, and renewals as per Bahrain LMRA regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and performance management.

Requirements

• Mandatory: Proven HR experience within hospital catering services in Bahrain.
• Minimum 4–8 years of HR management experience, with at least 2 years in hospital catering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor laws, LMRA processes, and immigration formalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume manpower and fast-paced hospital catering operations.
• Arabic language skills an advantage, English fluency required.
