Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle within the development firm. This includes recruitment, managing payroll/benefits for both office and field staff, and fostering a high-performance culture. You will ensure that the human capital of the company is as structurally sound as the projects being built, while maintaining strict compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment for specialized roles across the organization.
  • Design and implement onboarding programs that align new hires with the company s vision and specific project milestones.
  • Mediate disputes between departments to ensure cohesive project delivery.
  • Execute comprehensive performance appraisals and reviews, conducted annually or upon the completion of major project milestones.
  • Coordinate training programs for continuous staff improvement.
  • Manage payroll for a diverse workforce, including salaried executives and hourly site staff.
  • Ensure the company is 100% compliant with local labor laws and construction-specific safety regulations.
  • Maintain all employee records, including specialized certifications and insurance documentation.
