Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Lifecycle Management

  • Lead the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding and probation tracking to transfers and offboarding/exit processes.

  • Support Corporate HR and HRBP teams in implementing organizational policies.

  • Maintain meticulously updated employee records, physical files, and HRIS databases.

2. Payroll & Compliance

  • Oversee WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance and ensure timely salary disbursements.

  • Validate all payroll inputs, including new joiners, leavers, overtime calculations, deductions, and timesheet reconciliations.

  • Monitor daily attendance tracking and leave management systems.

3. PRO Coordination & Legal

  • Liaise with the PRO to facilitate visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medicals, and labor contract renewals.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on UAE labor law to ensure all company practices are compliant.

4. Training & Administration

  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain comprehensive records of employee development.

  • Manage travel arrangements and flight bookings for employees as required.

5. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for blue-collar (technicians, operators) and white-collar roles.

  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates to meet production and office demands.

  • Developing job descriptions and managing postings on job portals and social media.

  • Coordinating with department heads to identify future hiring needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of HR experience within the UAE.

  • Capacity: Proven track record of managing a workforce of 100+ employees across multiple legal entities.

  • Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of UAE Labour Law, payroll processing, and PRO workflows.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel is must) and HRIS software.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
