Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding.  

  • Gather recruitment needs with operational managers.
  • Write and distribute job offers.
  • Sort through applications and organize interviews.
  • Participate in the candidate selection process.
  • To ensure the administrative and operational integration of new recruits.
  • Follow the trial period.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs.
  • Develop the annual training plan.
  • Organize internal/external sessions.
  • Follow up on post-training assessments.
  • Update staff training records.

Administrative Personnel Management

  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, decisions and certificates.
  • Manage personnel files.
  • Track staff absences, leave, disciplinary actions and movements.
  • Ensure that mandatory records are kept up to date.
  • Prepare the CNAS, CACOBATPH, Labour Inspectorate, etc. documents.
  • D. Management of the Social Component
  • Maintaining the relationship with employee representatives.
  • Managing employee grievances and internal climate.
  • Participating in the prevention of social conflicts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal regulations and discipline.
  • E. Compensation & Payroll Management
  • Prepare the variable payroll elements.
  • Control salaries, bonuses and allowances.
  • Follow the internal compensation policy.
  • Produce the reports related to the payroll.
  • Ensure the accuracy of payroll slips.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) to Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in HR, Law, Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in generalist HR.
  • Proven experience in personnel and social administration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Algerian legislation.
