Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • To develop the company's HR strategy in line with the Group's orientations and local priorities.
  • Manage workforce planning, internal mobility and monitoring of skills.
  • Supporting managers in team structuring, career management and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the annual performance cycle, goal setting, and implementation of succession and development plans.
  • Ensuring a healthy social climate: conflict management, handling of complaints, social dialogue.
  • Guarantee the application of HR policies in accordance with the labour legislation in force in Algeria.
  • Maintain and analyze HR dashboards (headcount, turnover, performance indicators).
  • Coordinate engagement and corporate culture actions (surveys, internal events, communication initiatives).
  • Monitor the administrative management of personnel and ensure the compliance of HR files with audit standards.
  • Participate in payroll management and HR budget monitoring (training, recruitment, engagement).
  • Contribute to the implementation of the local remuneration policy in conjunction with the regional teams.
  • Bac+4/5 level diploma in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • International HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) highly appreciated.
  • Proven experience (6-8 years) as an HR general in a structured or multinational environment.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in team management or as an HR Business Partner.
  • Expertise in the following areas: recruitment, training & development, performance management, social relations, HR compliance.
  • Solid knowledge of Algerian labour law and social dialogue practices.
  • Excellent command of HR and reporting tools (Excel, KPI, dashboards).
  • Proven skills in communication, leadership, negotiation and change management.
