Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company's HR policy
- Ensure the recruitment and integration of new employees
- Managing employee training and skills development
- Supervise the administrative management of personnel
- At least 3 years of experience in human resources, ideally in the design sector
- Holder of a degree in human resources management or equivalent qualification
- Qualities such as rigor, discretion, listening skills, and diplomacy will also be required.
