Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • Lead performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Monitor and report on workforce metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with management and division heads to support organizational change and drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources management or related role.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in talent acquisition and employee onboarding.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work onsite in a full-time, long-term, or unlimited contract arrangement.
