Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
Employee Relations: Handle employee grievances, discipline, and engagement to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management: Oversee KPIs, evaluations, and improvement plans to enhance employee performance.
Compensation & Benefits: Manage salaries, payroll, and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
HR Operations: Ensure compliance with HR policies, documentation, and operational processes.
HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with business goals to support organizational growth.
HR Systems & Reporting: Manage HR data, systems, and reporting to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Min. 5 years of experience in HR.
Excellent English level.
Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Performance Management.
Proven ability to handle Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations.
Expertise in HR strategy alignment with business goals.
Proficiency in HR systems and data reporting.
