Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, handle conflicts, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Monitor compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.
- Support organizational change and development initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s or HR certification is a plus).
- Proven experience (5 8 years) in HR management or senior HR roles.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
