Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage overall HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.
Manage overall HR and administrative functions
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law and company policies
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance management
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and employee benefits
Oversee Saudization and government-related HR activities
Develop HR strategies, policies, and performance management systems
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of HR experience with managerial exposure
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR operations
Experience with government portals and Saudization processes
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
