Roles & Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of HR strategies.
Oversee end-to-end HR operations and compliance with UAE labor laws.
Partner with senior management to align HR with business goals.

Requirements:

8-12 years of HR experience (4-6 years in a managerial role in UAE).
Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Master's degree or certifications (CIPD/SHRM) are an advantage.
