Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR policies tailored to the needs of the Poultry Sector.

  • Oversee employee relations, addressing workplace issues effectively and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws and safety regulations relevant to the poultry Sector.
  • Design and manage performance evaluation systems to enhance productivity.
  • Lead training and development initiatives focused on poultry-specific skills.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems efficiently.
  • Maintain HR metrics to monitor workforce performance and recommend improvements.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and oversee HR-related aspects of health and safety programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong Knowledge of benefits and payroll systems.
  • At least strong>15/strong> years of experience in this role.
  • Understanding of labor law and HR Policies.
  • Proven ability in Employee Relations and labor law compliance.
  • Skills in Performance Management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
