Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end HR compliance and manpower operations in a regulated PAM environment;
  • Ensure zero PAM blockers and uninterrupted workforce continuity for a 1,200+ headcount;
  • Lead government relations and statutory compliance with audit-ready controls;
  • Guide and unblock the HR team to ensure timely execution;
  • Act as the escalation owner for labor, compliance, and regulatory issues
