Roles & Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Bilingual Arabic / English speaker
Minimum of seven years’ experience in human resources field.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment and onboarding, payroll, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations
Knowledge of labour laws and government regulations.
Strong interpersonal skills
DESIRED CRITERIA:
Professional HR certification
Familiar with HR in the higher education sector
Familiar with HRMSs
Analytical skills and using Hr data for decision making
Familiar with ISO certificatoin and higher education accreditation requirements
Understaing faculty contracts, teching loads, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bahraini Nationality. Bilingual Arabic / English speakerMaster’s in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
