HR Manager

Reporting to the Management, the HR Manager will play both a strategic and operational role within the organization. The successful candidate will oversee the entire HR function while ensuring compliance, operational efficiency, and the continuous improvement of HR practices.

The position also includes supervising an HR employee and close coordination with all departments of the establishment.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR administration and payroll processes, including expatriate management.
• Managing employment contracts and the entire employee lifecycle
• Ensure social and regulatory compliance (CNSS, supplementary insurance, etc.)
• Coordinate annual HR closing operations and liaise with auditors.
• Oversee the management of leave, internal policies and specificities related to the school calendar
• to be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on HR matters
• Actively participate in the structuring and development of HR processes and practices
• Historically, this role has involved coordinating matters related to general services/facilities in conjunction with management.
