Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters

  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management & attendance

  • Conduct performance evaluations and employee development programs

  • Maintain HR records and documentation

  • Coordinate with PRO for government-related processes

  • Support management in strategic HR planning

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  2. Minimum 8+ years of HR experience in UAE

  3. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law

  4. Construction/Contracting industry experience preferred

  5. Strong communication and leadership skills
