Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Oversee payroll coordination, leave management & attendance
Conduct performance evaluations and employee development programs
Maintain HR records and documentation
Coordinate with PRO for government-related processes
Support management in strategic HR planning
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8+ years of HR experience in UAE
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Construction/Contracting industry experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
