Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment in a hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete HR operations (onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance, employee relations).
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for medical and non-medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Manage employee records, HRMS, and documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospital/healthcare sector.
- Strong expertise in HR operations and recruitment.
- Experience in hiring doctors, nurses, and healthcare staff is preferred.
- Good knowledge of compliance, Dataflow, and licensing processes.Role & responsibilities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
