Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection: Identify staff vacancies and actively participate in the recruitment process by conducting interviews and collaborating with relevant department heads to select and recruit qualified applicants.
HR Systems Administration: Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems, ensuring their efficient operation within the organization. Manage employee welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Database Management: Maintain and update the Employee Database, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Handle employee attendance records and oversee the payroll system.
Legal Compliance and Coordination: Collaborate with the Public Relations Officer (PRO) to ensure timely completion of all legal paperwork required for new staff employment. Oversee the renewal process for visas, labour cards, and gate passes.
Facilities and Logistics Coordination: Ensure the provision of necessary workplace amenities such as uniforms, shoes, furniture, office space, stationery, and IT supplies. Coordinate accommodation and transportation arrangements for staff members as required.
Employee Grievance Handling: Manage employee grievances at all levels and report them to relevant Department Heads and Management for resolution.
Administrative Responsibilities: Coordinate the application process for Insurance Cards and manage attendance tracking and overtime preparation.
New Employee Onboarding: Plan and conduct comprehensive new employee orientation programs to foster a positive attitude towards organizational objectives. Coordinate with relevant department heads to provide induction training for new staff.
Employee Relation: Assisting employees for their enquires and solving the challenges.
