Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
Execute HR related tasks. The scope of this program includes successfully managing, controlling
the HR operations and demonstrating the actual accurate HR state to the management for
review.
The position will act in accordance with the Group Mission, Vision, Values Strategies, as well
as policies, guidelines and standards, Omani government other legal justifications, and best
international practices in consonance with the company objectives.
Role G Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day coordination, execution, and progress of operations with
operations team, projects team, maintenance team, construction team, contractors,
vendors and deputed with third party companies.
Recruitment and Staffing
Overseeing the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
Coordinating with department managers to identify staffing needs.
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
Implementing and overseeing employee engagement initiatives.
Compliance and Recordkeeping:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintaining accurate employee records.
Training and Development:
Identifying training needs and coordinating employee development programs.
Policy Implementation:
Developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
Payroll and Benefits
Assisting in the administration of payroll and employee benefits.
Performance Management:
Supporting performance review processes and employee evaluations.
Full and Final Settlements
Preparation, Review and Completion of full C Final Settlement of employees.
Legal Compliance
Well known about Oman Labor Laws, Regulatory, Corporate Compliance
Meeting Minutes
Preparation, Review and Distribution of meeting minutes.
Talent Acquisition.
Budget control.
Coordinate and participate in Projects reviews, meetings and workshops.
Ready to work in emergency situations.
Strong coordination leadership skills , should be able to work collaboratively with all involved.
Computer literate with expertise in MS Office and other scheduling specific software applications Odoo ERP.
Adaptable and motivated general management strategist who relishes challenges.
Excellent interpersonal skills and multi-cultural sensitivity.
Experienced in HR laws and administrative laws.
Ability to manage and interface with both external and internal constituencies including other groups of companies and government authorities.
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comparative summary of reports of KPI
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all HR processes.
Independently workable.
Diligence and Prominently accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration.
Minimum 3 years of experience in GCC countries (preferably Oman).
Total 5 years of experience in their career in HR /Admin departments.
Excellent knowledge of written, read, and spoken English.
Having GCC countries issued valid driving license will be added advantage
